Make complex thinking easy to follow
We clear out the German-to-English patterns that create distance: long sentences, cold formality, and absolute language that can shut people down.
A 10-week, one-to-one coaching experience for German-speaking professionals who want their English to reflect their true level of expertise.
You’re already working in English
But there are moments when your English doesn’t fully reflect your expertise, personality, or the way you want to be perceived.
You explain something important and notice people nodding politely—not following. You rewrite an email five times because you can’t get the tone right. Or AI produces polished messages for you, but that same clarity disappears when you need to respond in the moment.
The real cost isn’t the awkward moment. It’s replaying the conversation afterwards and feeling like a less intelligent version of who you are in German.
How we’ll work together
We clear out the German-to-English patterns that create distance: long sentences, cold formality, and absolute language that can shut people down.
We role-play your presentations, feedback conversations, and disagreements. You get real-time feedback on clarity, tone, naturalness, and impact.
We build realistic habits and strategies that fit your work and your life, so your progress doesn’t disappear when the program ends.
Before we even start
Before your first session, you’ll complete a 10-minute diagnostic designed specifically for German speakers.
You’ll answer questions about your goals and challenges, then speak freely in English so I can hear how you sound when you’re not carefully composing sentences.
What you get back
A written report showing the communication patterns to fix first—plus one clearer alternative you can begin using immediately.
The diagnostic is AI-supported, but I personally review the output and use my knowledge of German-English patterns and cross-cultural communication to decide what matters most for your coaching.
The 10-week journey
We meet weekly, one-to-one. Seven sessions are 60 minutes; sessions 3, 7, and 10 may run up to approximately 90 minutes and include a progress review.
Weeks 1–3
We use your diagnostic to identify the patterns with the greatest impact. You’ll simplify complex explanations, catch German-to-English habits, and develop clearer alternatives that still sound like you.
Awareness turns into action—and action creates more clarity.
Weeks 4–7
We move from understanding into active use. We role-play your real situations, work on clarity and tone in real time, and use short weekly voice notes to keep the coaching connected to your working life.
You communicate more effectively when the pressure is real.
Weeks 8–10
We reflect on real workplace interactions, notice what changes under pressure, and turn your insights into realistic strategies you can continue using independently.
Clearer English becomes part of how you prepare, speak, and reflect.
What you’ll walk away with
Language drawn from your own patterns: ways to clarify, disagree, give feedback, and open discussion that feel natural to you.
A practical guide for reviewing your own communication, built from the patterns you experienced during our work together.
A clear plan for continuing your development, so you don’t finish the program wondering what to do next.

Questions you might have
The program is designed for German-speaking professionals who already use English at work, typically around B1–B2 level or above. You don’t need perfect English. You should be able to take part in professional conversations, even if your communication doesn’t always reflect your expertise, personality, or intention. If you’re unsure, we’ll discuss it during the Fit Call.
Yes. One client, a solutions architect, often used direct and absolute language when disagreeing. To him, it sounded firm and factual; to others, it closed the conversation. We worked on diplomatic alternatives that kept discussions open without making him less direct or less like himself. He now notices tense communication dynamics and has a practical toolkit for responding effectively.
Plan for at least one focused hour each week. This may include a short exercise, reflection, or using a new communication strategy in a real workplace situation. During Phase 2, you’ll normally also complete one short voice-note assignment of one or two minutes.
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. You also receive one goodwill exception for a late change. After that, sessions moved or cancelled inside 48 hours are forfeited. Genuine emergencies are handled individually, and one pause of up to two weeks may be agreed for illness, a family emergency, or unavoidable work travel.
We review your progress at the end of every phase. If you attend the sessions, complete the agreed activities, apply the feedback, and still feel you haven’t made meaningful progress, I’ll offer one additional 90-minute coaching session to identify the main barrier and create a revised personal practice plan.
Your next step
In a free 30-minute call, we’ll talk about how you use English at work, where you currently feel stuck, and what you’d like to improve. I’ll explain the program, answer your questions, and we’ll see whether it feels right on both sides.
